Letter of Intent
The Letter of Intent (LOI) is a mandatory first step in our application process. All organizations seeking the Impact100 Hunterdon $100,000 grant must submit the LOI and all required accompanying documents by the deadline. (5pm EST on date indicated).
All submissions will be acknowledged via e-mail. After an initial review process, our Grants Committee will reach out with either an invitation to apply or a notification that your organization is not eligible and an associated reason. We encourage you to review our website www.Impact100Hunterdon.org/grants, which has information on the process and will likely answer all or most of your questions.
What you will need to apply....
Step 1: Download Letter of Intent.
Step 2: Complete and sign Letter of Intent.
Step 3: Gather following documents:

Completed and signed Letter of Intent downloaded using the link above.

Organization actual financials as of June 30th, showing actuals versus budget to date.

Copies of the three (3) most recent 990 filings.

Proof of 501c3 status.

Proof of Approval for Capital Expenditures.

Explanation if seeking an exception to the eligibility requirements.
